Cable Hip Adduction
1 - Attach an ankle cuff to a low cable pulley and secure it around the ankle closest to the machine.
2 - Stand tall beside the cable machine with your working leg slightly out to the side and your support leg planted firmly on the floor.
3 - Hold the machine or a stable handle for balance, keep your chest upright, and brace your core.
4 - Keeping your working leg mostly straight, pull it across the front of your body toward the midline in a controlled motion.
5 - Pause briefly when you feel the inner thigh contract, then slowly return the leg to the starting position without letting the weight stack touch down.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
