Ring L-Sit
- 1 - Set the rings at a height that allows you to hang with your arms fully extended and feet off the ground when seated.
- 2 - Grip the rings firmly with both hands, palms facing inward or slightly forward, and press down to lift your body off the ground.
- 3 - Lock out your elbows completely and depress your shoulders by pushing the rings down to engage your lats and triceps.
- 4 - Lift your legs straight out in front of you, parallel to the floor, forming an 'L' shape with your torso and legs.
- 5 - Squeeze your quads to lock out your knees, point your toes forward, and brace your core tightly throughout the hold.
- 6 - Maintain an upright torso, keeping your shoulders down and away from your ears while holding the position.
- 7 - Hold for the desired duration, then lower your legs and feet back to the ground in a controlled manner.
