L-Sit
1 - Sit on the floor and place your hands flat on the ground beside your hips, fingers pointing forward.
2 - Press firmly through your palms and straighten your arms fully, engaging your triceps and shoulders to lift your body off the ground.
3 - Extend your legs straight out in front of you, keeping them parallel to the floor and held together, forming an 'L' shape with your torso.
4 - Point your toes and squeeze your quads to keep your legs fully extended and elevated.
5 - Engage your core and hip flexors tightly to maintain the position and prevent your hips from dropping.
6 - Keep your shoulders depressed (away from your ears) and your chest up throughout the hold.
7 - Hold the position for the desired duration, breathing steadily, then lower yourself back down in a controlled manner.
