Knees-To-Elbows
- 1 - Hang from a pull-up bar with an overhand grip, hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, arms fully extended.
- 2 - Engage your core and slightly hollow your body by pulling your shoulders down and back.
- 3 - Begin the movement by initiating a slight kip or controlled swing to generate momentum.
- 4 - Drive both knees up simultaneously toward your elbows by flexing your hips and rounding your lower back.
- 5 - Aim to touch your knees to your elbows at the top of the movement, fully contracting your core.
- 6 - Slowly lower your legs back to the starting hanging position in a controlled manner.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining a strong grip throughout.
