Hanging Knee Raise
1 - Hang from a pull-up bar with an overhand grip, arms fully extended, and shoulders engaged away from your ears.
2 - Brace your core and keep your legs together with a slight bend in the knees.
3 - Without swinging, lift your knees upward toward your chest by flexing your hips and contracting your abs.
4 - Pause briefly at the top while keeping your torso controlled and your pelvis slightly tucked.
5 - Lower your legs back to the starting position in a slow, controlled motion.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, avoiding momentum throughout the movement.
