Hanging Windshield Wipers
- 1 - Hang from a pull-up bar with an overhand grip slightly wider than shoulder-width and your arms fully extended.
- 2 - Engage your core, pull your shoulders down away from your ears, and keep your body from swinging.
- 3 - Raise your legs together until they are near vertical, or bring your feet toward the bar if mobility and strength allow.
- 4 - Keeping your legs straight and together, slowly rotate them to one side while maintaining control through your core.
- 5 - Reverse the movement and rotate your legs across to the opposite side in a smooth, controlled arc.
- 6 - Continue alternating sides without using momentum, keeping your hips and torso as stable as possible.
- 7 - Lower your legs under control and dismount safely when the set is complete.
