Towel Dead Hang
1 - Loop one or two sturdy towels securely over a pull-up bar so both ends hang evenly.
2 - Grip the towel ends firmly with both hands, keeping your hands roughly shoulder-width apart or slightly narrower.
3 - Step or jump up carefully until your body is suspended, then allow your legs to hang straight or slightly bent.
4 - Engage your shoulders by gently pulling them down away from your ears while keeping your arms mostly straight.
5 - Brace your core and maintain a still body position without swinging.
6 - Hold for the desired duration, then step down or release under control.
