Side-Lying Hip Adduction
- Lie on one side with your body in a straight line and your lower leg extended.
- Bend your top leg and place the foot flat on the floor in front of or behind the lower leg for support.
- Rest your head on your lower arm and place your top hand on the floor for balance.
- Brace your core and keep your hips stacked without rolling forward or backward.
- Lift the lower leg upward in a controlled motion, leading with the inner thigh.
- Pause briefly at the top, then lower the leg back down slowly without letting it fully relax.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
