Side-Lying Hip Adduction
- 1 - Lie on one side with your body in a straight line and your lower leg extended.
- 2 - Bend your top leg and place the foot flat on the floor in front of or behind the lower leg for support.
- 3 - Rest your head on your lower arm and place your top hand on the floor for balance.
- 4 - Brace your core and keep your hips stacked without rolling forward or backward.
- 5 - Lift the lower leg upward in a controlled motion, leading with the inner thigh.
- 6 - Pause briefly at the top, then lower the leg back down slowly without letting it fully relax.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
