Machine Chest Press
1 - Adjust the seat height so that the handles are level with your mid-chest.
2 - Sit back firmly against the pad with your feet flat on the floor.
3 - Grip the handles with a neutral or overhand grip, keeping your wrists straight and elbows at approximately 90 degrees.
4 - Press the handles forward in a controlled motion until your arms are fully extended, without locking out the elbows.
5 - Slowly return the handles back to the starting position, allowing your chest to stretch slightly at the end of the movement.
6 - Maintain a stable core and avoid arching your lower back throughout the exercise.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
