Barbell Pullover
- 1 - Lie perpendicular across a flat bench with your upper back supported, feet flat on the floor, and hips slightly below bench level.
- 2 - Hold a barbell with both hands using a close, overhand grip, arms extended directly above your chest.
- 3 - Take a deep breath in and slowly lower the barbell in an arc motion behind your head, keeping a slight bend in your elbows.
- 4 - Lower the bar until you feel a deep stretch in your lats and chest, keeping your core tight and hips low.
- 5 - Exhale and pull the barbell back in an arc to the starting position above your chest, squeezing your lats and chest at the top.
- 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining controlled movement throughout.
