Cable Pullover
1 - Attach a straight bar or rope handle to a high cable pulley and stand facing the machine.
2 - Grip the attachment with both hands and step back until your arms are extended overhead with slight tension on the cable.
3 - Set your feet about shoulder-width apart, brace your core, and hinge slightly at the hips while keeping your back neutral.
4 - With a slight bend in your elbows, pull the attachment down in an arcing motion toward your thighs by engaging your lats.
5 - Pause briefly at the bottom, keeping your chest up and shoulders down away from your ears.
6 - Slowly return the attachment to the starting position with control, allowing your lats to stretch without losing posture.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
