Barbell Incline Bench Press
- 1 - Set an adjustable bench to a 30–45 degree incline and lie back with your feet planted firmly on the floor.
- 2 - Position your eyes slightly under the bar and keep your shoulder blades pulled back and down against the bench.
- 3 - Grip the bar slightly wider than shoulder-width with your palms facing forward.
- 4 - Unrack the bar and hold it directly above your upper chest with your arms extended.
- 5 - Lower the bar in a controlled motion toward the upper chest, keeping your elbows slightly tucked.
- 6 - Press the bar back up until your arms are fully extended without losing upper-back tightness.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
