Mini-Band Monster Walk
1 - Place a mini resistance band around your ankles or just above your knees and stand with your feet about hip-width apart.
2 - Slightly bend your knees and hips into an athletic stance, keep your chest up, and brace your core.
3 - Step one foot diagonally forward and outward while keeping tension on the band.
4 - Bring the trailing foot forward without letting your feet touch or the band go slack.
5 - Continue taking controlled diagonal steps forward for the desired number of steps or distance.
6 - Reverse the movement by stepping diagonally backward while maintaining the same stance and band tension.
7 - Keep your knees tracking over your toes, hips level, and avoid letting the knees cave inward.
