Ring Turned-Out Support Hold
- 1 - Set the rings at a height where you can safely jump or step into the top support position with your feet off the ground.
- 2 - Grip the rings firmly and press yourself up until your arms are fully extended, shoulders are depressed, and the rings are close to your hips.
- 3 - Turn the rings outward so your palms face slightly forward and your elbows point back, keeping your arms straight without locking aggressively.
- 4 - Brace your core, squeeze your glutes, and keep your body tall with your ribs down and legs together.
- 5 - Hold the position while keeping the rings stable and avoiding shrugging, bending the elbows, or letting the rings drift away from your body.
- 6 - Step or lower down under control, rest, and repeat for the desired hold duration.
