Dumbbell Shrimp Squat
1 - Stand upright holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides, with your feet hip-width apart.
2 - Lift one foot off the ground and bend that knee, bringing your heel up behind you toward your glutes.
3 - Slowly lower your body by bending the standing leg, allowing the raised knee to travel toward the ground in a controlled manner.
4 - Keep your torso upright and your standing heel flat on the floor throughout the descent.
5 - Lower until your raised knee lightly touches or hovers just above the ground while the dumbbells remain at your sides for counterbalance.
6 - Drive through the heel of your standing foot to press back up to the starting position.
7 - Complete all repetitions on one leg before switching to the other side.
