Massage Ball Foot Release
- 1 - Stand or sit with one foot placed on top of a massage ball, roll ball, or firm mobility ball.
- 2 - Apply gentle pressure by relaxing your foot onto the ball while keeping your heel lightly supported on the floor if needed.
- 3 - Slowly roll the ball from the heel toward the ball of the foot, moving along the arch and avoiding direct pressure on the toes.
- 4 - Pause on any tender or tight spots and breathe steadily for 10–20 seconds while maintaining tolerable pressure.
- 5 - Adjust pressure by shifting more or less body weight onto the ball, keeping the movement slow and controlled.
- 6 - Continue for the desired duration, then switch to the opposite foot.
