Knee-To-Wall Ankle Mobilization
- 1 - Stand facing a wall in a staggered stance with the working foot flat on the floor a few inches from the wall.
- 2 - Keep your heel planted and align your knee over your second and third toes.
- 3 - Slowly drive your knee forward toward the wall without letting your heel lift or your arch collapse.
- 4 - Lightly touch the wall with your knee, then return to the starting position in a controlled motion.
- 5 - Move the foot slightly farther from the wall as mobility improves while maintaining proper heel contact.
- 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions or hold the end position for the desired duration.
- 7 - Switch sides and perform the same movement on the opposite ankle.
