Chair Dips
- 1 - Sit on the edge of a sturdy chair with your hands gripping the front edge, fingers pointing forward, shoulder-width apart.
- 2 - Slide your hips off the chair, keeping your legs extended in front of you or bent at 90 degrees for an easier variation.
- 3 - Lower your body by bending your elbows to approximately 90 degrees, keeping your back close to the chair and your core engaged.
- 4 - Ensure your shoulders stay down and away from your ears throughout the movement to avoid unnecessary strain.
- 5 - Press through your palms to straighten your arms and return to the starting position, fully extending the elbows at the top.
- 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining controlled movement on both the descent and ascent.
