Jumping Lunges
1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and your hands on your hips or at your sides.
2 - Step your right foot forward and lower your body into a lunge position, bending both knees to approximately 90 degrees.
3 - Explosively push off both feet simultaneously, jumping upward as high as possible.
4 - While in the air, switch your leg positions so your left foot moves forward and your right foot moves back.
5 - Land softly in a lunge position with your left foot forward, absorbing the impact by bending both knees.
6 - Immediately explode upward again, switching legs in the air to return to the starting position with your right foot forward.
7 - Continue alternating legs in a fluid, explosive motion for the desired number of repetitions or duration.
