Kneeling Shin Stretch
1 - Kneel on the floor with your knees hip-width apart and the tops of your feet flat against the ground.
2 - Slowly sit your hips back toward your heels while keeping your toes pointed behind you.
3 - Place your hands on the floor beside your knees or on your thighs for support.
4 - Gently shift your weight back until you feel a stretch along the front of your shins and ankles.
5 - Keep your torso upright and avoid forcing your ankles or knees into discomfort.
6 - Hold the stretch for the desired duration while breathing slowly and steadily.
7 - Carefully lean forward and lift your hips off your heels to come out of the stretch.
