TRX High Row
1 - Anchor the TRX straps securely at a high point and adjust the handles to about mid-length.
2 - Face the anchor point and hold one handle in each hand with your arms extended and palms facing down or slightly inward.
3 - Walk your feet forward to lean back, keeping your body in a straight line from head to heels and your core braced.
4 - Start with your shoulders down and back, then pull your chest toward the handles by driving your elbows out and back at shoulder height.
5 - Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top while keeping your neck neutral and ribs down.
6 - Lower yourself back to the starting position in a controlled motion until your arms are fully extended.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, adjusting foot position to increase or decrease difficulty.
