Single-Leg Hops
- 1 - Stand upright on one foot with your standing knee slightly bent and your core engaged.
- 2 - Swing your arms back and bend your standing knee to load the movement.
- 3 - Explosively push off the ground with your standing foot, driving your arms forward and upward for momentum.
- 4 - Hop forward, backward, or laterally as desired, landing softly on the same foot with a bent knee to absorb impact.
- 5 - Maintain balance and control upon landing before initiating the next hop.
- 6 - Complete the desired number of repetitions on one leg before switching to the other.
