Band Overhead Tricep Extension
- 1 - Anchor a resistance band securely under your feet or to a low anchor point behind you.
- 2 - Hold the band handles or ends with both hands and bring your hands overhead with your elbows bent.
- 3 - Keep your elbows pointing forward and close to your head, with your upper arms mostly vertical.
- 4 - Brace your core and maintain a tall posture without arching your lower back.
- 5 - Extend your elbows to press your hands upward until your arms are nearly straight.
- 6 - Slowly bend your elbows to return to the starting position while keeping tension on the band.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
