Cable Shoulder Adduction
1 - Set a cable pulley to a high position and attach a single handle.
2 - Stand side-on to the cable machine with the working arm closest to the pulley, holding the handle with your arm raised out to the side.
3 - Keep your torso upright, core braced, shoulder blade controlled, and elbow slightly bent.
4 - Pull the handle downward and across toward the side of your body, moving from the shoulder without twisting your torso.
5 - Pause briefly when your upper arm is close to your torso, then slowly return to the starting position with control.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
