Cable Internal Rotation At 90 Degrees
- 1 - Set a cable pulley to approximately shoulder height and attach a single handle.
- 2 - Stand side-on to the cable machine and hold the handle with the working arm, keeping your upper arm lifted out to the side at shoulder height.
- 3 - Bend your elbow to 90 degrees and keep your upper arm parallel to the floor throughout the movement.
- 4 - Start with your forearm rotated backward or upward, then rotate your shoulder to bring the handle forward and downward in a controlled motion.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the end range while keeping your shoulder blade stable and avoiding trunk rotation.
- 6 - Slowly return to the starting position under control and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
