Resisted Sprint
1 - Attach a resistance band or sled harness securely around your waist or hips, ensuring the resistance source is behind you.
2 - Start in a slight forward-leaning athletic stance with feet hip-width apart and knees slightly bent.
3 - Drive explosively off your back foot, pumping your arms aggressively to generate maximum speed.
4 - Maintain a powerful forward lean of approximately 45 degrees, driving your knees high with each stride.
5 - Sprint at maximum effort for the designated distance or duration, maintaining controlled breathing and proper running mechanics.
6 - Decelerate gradually at the end of the sprint to avoid abrupt stopping.
7 - Rest adequately between sets before repeating for the desired number of repetitions.
