Towel Scrunch
1 - Sit upright in a chair with your feet flat on the floor and a small towel spread out under one foot.
2 - Keep your heel planted on the floor throughout the movement.
3 - Use your toes to grip and pull the towel toward you, scrunching it under your foot.
4 - Release your toes, reach forward again, and continue pulling the towel in small sections.
5 - Keep the movement controlled and avoid curling the ankle or lifting the heel.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch to the other foot.
