Sled Sprint
1 - Load the sled with the appropriate weight plates for your fitness level and training goal.
2 - Attach the harness around your torso or grip the sled handles firmly, leaning forward at approximately 45 degrees.
3 - Drive through the balls of your feet, pushing powerfully off the ground with a full hip and knee extension on each stride.
4 - Pump your arms aggressively in a forward-backward motion to generate maximum speed and momentum.
5 - Maintain a strong, rigid core and keep your back flat throughout the sprint to maximize power transfer.
6 - Sprint the designated distance at maximum effort, focusing on powerful, quick ground contacts.
7 - Walk back to the starting position to recover, then repeat for the desired number of sets.
