Sled Drag Backward
- 1 - Attach a waist belt, harness, or straps to a loaded sled and stand facing the sled with the straps held securely or attached around your waist.
- 2 - Step backward until the straps are tight, keeping your chest up, core braced, and knees slightly bent.
- 3 - Begin walking backward by driving through the balls of your feet and extending one leg at a time against the sled resistance.
- 4 - Keep your steps controlled and steady, maintaining an upright torso and avoiding excessive leaning or twisting.
- 5 - Continue dragging the sled backward for the prescribed distance or time while keeping constant tension on the straps.
- 6 - Slow down gradually, stop under control, and turn around carefully before resetting or repeating.
