Captain's Chair Leg Raise
- 1 - Position yourself in the captain's chair with your back pressed firmly against the back pad and your forearms resting on the arm pads.
- 2 - Grip the handles lightly and keep your shoulders down, chest lifted, and core braced.
- 3 - Let your legs hang straight down with your feet together, avoiding any swinging or arching in your lower back.
- 4 - Exhale and raise your legs upward by flexing at the hips, keeping your knees straight or slightly bent depending on your mobility and strength.
- 5 - Lift your legs until they are at least parallel to the floor, or as high as you can control without rounding excessively or using momentum.
- 6 - Pause briefly at the top, then lower your legs slowly back to the starting position under control.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining a stable torso and controlled movement.
