Hollow Body Rock
1 - Lie on your back with your arms extended overhead and legs straight.
2 - Press your lower back firmly into the floor by bracing your core and slightly tucking your pelvis.
3 - Lift your shoulders, arms, and legs off the ground while keeping your ribs down and legs together.
4 - Maintain a rounded hollow body position with no arching in the lower back.
5 - Begin rocking forward and backward using small, controlled movements while keeping your body shape rigid.
6 - Continue for the desired number of repetitions or duration, stopping if your lower back loses contact with the floor.
