Hollow Body Hold
1 - Lie on your back with your legs extended and arms reaching overhead.
2 - Press your lower back firmly into the floor by bracing your core and slightly tucking your pelvis.
3 - Lift your shoulders, arms, and legs off the ground while keeping your lower back in contact with the floor.
4 - Keep your arms close to your ears, legs straight, and toes pointed.
5 - Hold the position without letting your lower back arch or your ribs flare upward.
6 - Breathe steadily while maintaining full-body tension for the desired duration.
7 - Lower your arms and legs back to the floor with control when finished.
