Exercise Ball Pass
1 - Lie on your back with your legs extended and hold an exercise ball overhead with both hands.
2 - Brace your core and press your lower back gently toward the floor to maintain control.
3 - Raise your arms and legs at the same time, bringing the ball toward your feet.
4 - Pass the ball from your hands to between your feet or ankles at the top of the movement.
5 - Lower your arms and legs back toward the floor in a controlled motion without arching your lower back.
6 - Raise your arms and legs again, pass the ball back to your hands, and return to the starting position.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, keeping the movement slow and controlled.
