Exercise Ball Knee Tuck
1 - Begin in a high plank position with your hands shoulder-width apart on the floor and your shins resting on top of an exercise ball.
2 - Engage your core, keep your back flat, and ensure your body forms a straight line from head to heels.
3 - Exhale and draw your knees toward your chest by rolling the exercise ball forward with your feet and shins.
4 - Pause briefly at the top of the movement when your knees are fully tucked toward your chest.
5 - Slowly extend your legs back out to the starting plank position by rolling the ball away from you in a controlled manner.
6 - Maintain a neutral spine throughout the movement and avoid letting your hips sag or rise excessively.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
