TRX Mountain Climber
1 - Adjust the TRX straps so the foot cradles hang a few inches above the floor.
2 - Place one foot in each foot cradle and turn over into a high plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders.
3 - Brace your core, keep your body in a straight line from head to heels, and avoid letting your hips sag or rotate.
4 - Drive one knee toward your chest while keeping the other leg extended and the straps under control.
5 - Return that leg to the starting position and immediately drive the opposite knee toward your chest.
6 - Continue alternating legs at a controlled pace, maintaining steady breathing and a stable upper body.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions or duration.
