Duck Walk
- 1 - Begin in a deep squat position with your feet shoulder-width apart and toes pointed slightly outward.
- 2 - Lower your hips fully toward the ground until your thighs are parallel to or below the floor, maintaining an upright torso.
- 3 - Extend your arms forward for balance or place your hands behind your head.
- 4 - Begin walking forward by stepping one foot in front of the other while maintaining the deep squat position throughout.
- 5 - Keep your chest up, back straight, and core engaged as you walk to prevent losing balance or collapsing forward.
- 6 - Continue walking forward for the desired distance or duration, taking controlled, deliberate steps.
- 7 - To finish, rise slowly from the squat position to a standing posture.
