Heel Walking
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and your arms relaxed at your sides or out slightly for balance.
- 2 - Lift the balls of both feet off the ground so you are balancing on your heels with your toes pulled up toward your shins.
- 3 - Keep your knees mostly straight, core lightly braced, and posture upright.
- 4 - Walk forward slowly on your heels, taking short controlled steps while keeping your toes elevated throughout the movement.
- 5 - Avoid leaning backward or letting the balls of your feet touch the floor between steps.
- 6 - Continue for the desired distance or duration, then lower your feet and rest as needed.
