Band Chest Press
1 - Anchor a resistance band securely behind you at about chest height.
2 - Stand facing away from the anchor point with one handle or end of the band in each hand.
3 - Step forward until there is light tension in the band, then stagger your stance for balance.
4 - Position your hands at chest level with elbows bent and slightly below shoulder height.
5 - Brace your core and press both hands forward until your arms are extended in front of your chest.
6 - Pause briefly, then return your hands to the starting position under control without letting the band pull you backward.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
