Sled Forward Drag
1 - Load the sled with the desired weight plates and attach the straps or handles securely.
2 - Stand facing away from the sled and hold the straps or handles at hip height with a firm grip.
3 - Lean slightly forward from the hips, keeping your chest up and your core braced.
4 - Drive through your heels and walk forward, pulling the sled behind you with powerful, controlled strides.
5 - Keep your arms relatively straight and drive each step with full hip extension to maximize power transfer.
6 - Maintain an upright posture with a neutral spine throughout the drag, avoiding excessive rounding of the back.
7 - Continue for the desired distance or duration, then stop and rest before repeating.
