Fat-Grip Farmers Carry
1 - Place two equally loaded implements with thick handles or fat-grip attachments on the floor at your sides.
2 - Stand between them with your feet about hip-width apart, hinge at the hips, and grip each handle firmly with a neutral grip.
3 - Brace your core, keep your chest tall, pull your shoulders down and back, and stand up by driving through your legs.
4 - Walk forward with controlled, even steps while keeping your torso upright and the weights close to your sides.
5 - Maintain a strong grip, avoid leaning or shrugging excessively, and keep your core tight throughout the carry.
6 - Continue for the desired distance or duration, then carefully lower the weights to the floor with control.
