Pallof Press Overhead
1 - Attach a resistance band or cable at about chest height and stand sideways to the anchor point.
2 - Hold the handle with both hands at the center of your chest, step away to create tension, and set your feet about shoulder-width apart.
3 - Brace your core, keep your ribs down, and maintain a tall posture without leaning or rotating toward the anchor.
4 - Press the handle straight out in front of your chest until your arms are fully extended, resisting any twisting through your torso.
5 - From the extended position, raise your arms overhead in a controlled motion while keeping your torso square and stable.
6 - Lower your hands back to chest height, then return the handle to your chest with control.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
