Spiderman Push-Up
1 - Start in a high plank position with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and your body in a straight line from head to heels.
2 - Brace your core and keep your hips level as you begin lowering your chest toward the floor.
3 - As you descend, drive one knee out to the side toward the same-side elbow without rotating your torso excessively.
4 - Lower until your chest is close to the floor while maintaining control and full-body tension.
5 - Press through your hands to return to the starting plank position while bringing the leg back behind you.
6 - Repeat on the opposite side, alternating legs for the desired number of repetitions.
