Bear Crawl Shoulder Tap
- 1 - Start on your hands and knees with your hands directly under your shoulders and your knees under your hips.
- 2 - Tuck your toes under and lift your knees a few inches off the floor, keeping your back flat and core braced.
- 3 - Maintain a stable bear crawl position with your hips level and your shoulders packed.
- 4 - Slowly lift one hand and tap the opposite shoulder without letting your torso rotate or your hips shift side to side.
- 5 - Place the hand back on the floor under control, then repeat with the opposite hand.
- 6 - Continue alternating shoulder taps while keeping your knees hovering, spine neutral, and breathing steady.
- 7 - Perform for the desired number of repetitions or duration.
