Dumbbell Suitcase Squat
1 - Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides, palms facing inward (as if holding a suitcase).
2 - Engage your core and keep your chest tall with your shoulders pulled back.
3 - Push your hips back and bend your knees to lower yourself into a squat, keeping the dumbbells close to your legs throughout the movement.
4 - Descend until your thighs are parallel to the floor or slightly below, ensuring your knees track over your toes.
5 - Drive through your heels to press back up to the starting standing position, fully extending your hips and knees at the top.
6 - Maintain a neutral spine and avoid leaning to either side throughout the movement.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
