Cable Scaption Raise
- 1 - Set a cable pulley to the lowest position and attach a single handle.
- 2 - Stand beside the cable stack and hold the handle with the outside hand, keeping your arm slightly in front of your body in the scapular plane.
- 3 - Stand tall with your core braced, shoulders down, and elbow slightly bent.
- 4 - Raise the handle upward and slightly forward at about a 30- to 45-degree angle from your side, keeping your thumb pointing up.
- 5 - Lift until your arm reaches shoulder height, avoiding shrugging or leaning back.
- 6 - Lower the handle slowly under control to the starting position.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides if performing unilaterally.
