Band Lateral Raise
- 1 - Stand with your feet hip-width apart and place the middle of a resistance band under one or both feet.
- 2 - Hold one end of the band in each hand with your arms at your sides and palms facing inward.
- 3 - Brace your core, keep your chest tall, and maintain a slight bend in your elbows.
- 4 - Raise your arms out to the sides until they reach about shoulder height, keeping tension on the band throughout the movement.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top without shrugging your shoulders.
- 6 - Lower your arms back to the starting position in a slow, controlled motion.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
