Skater Hop To Balance
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, and arms relaxed by your sides.
- 2 - Shift your weight onto one leg and push off laterally, hopping to the opposite side like a speed skater.
- 3 - Land softly on the opposite foot with your knee slightly bent and aligned over your toes.
- 4 - Let the non-landing leg travel behind you without touching the floor, using your arms for balance.
- 5 - Hold the landing position briefly to establish control and balance before the next hop.
- 6 - Push off the standing leg and hop back to the other side, again landing softly and stabilizing.
- 7 - Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions or time while maintaining controlled landings.
