Jump Squat
1 - Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart and your toes slightly turned out.
2 - Brace your core and keep your chest lifted as you bend your knees and hips to lower into a squat.
3 - Descend until your thighs are roughly parallel to the ground, keeping your knees tracking in line with your toes.
4 - Drive forcefully through your feet and extend your hips, knees, and ankles to jump straight up.
5 - Land softly on the balls of your feet, then absorb the impact by bending your knees and hips.
6 - Immediately reset your posture and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
7 - Maintain control throughout the movement and avoid letting your knees collapse inward.
