Copenhagen Adduction
- 1 - Set up beside a bench or sturdy box and lie on your side with your body in a straight line.
- 2 - Place your top leg on the bench or box so the inside of your ankle, shin, or knee is supported, depending on your strength level.
- 3 - Stack your shoulders and hips, brace your core, and support yourself on your forearm with your elbow directly under your shoulder.
- 4 - Lift your hips off the floor into a side plank position while keeping your torso straight and stable.
- 5 - Raise your bottom leg upward toward the underside of the bench by squeezing your inner thigh.
- 6 - Lower the bottom leg back down with control without letting your hips drop or rotate.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
