Wrist Circles
1 - Stand or sit in a comfortable position with your arms extended in front of you at shoulder height or resting at your sides.
2 - Make loose fists with both hands, keeping your fingers gently curled.
3 - Begin rotating your wrists slowly in a clockwise circular motion, making full, controlled circles.
4 - Complete 10 rotations in the clockwise direction, ensuring smooth and fluid movement throughout the full range of motion.
5 - Reverse the direction and perform 10 rotations in a counterclockwise circular motion.
6 - Keep the movement isolated to the wrist joint, avoiding excessive movement in the forearms or elbows.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of sets or duration as needed for warm-up or recovery purposes.
